We no longer needed it and have not used it in Months. I did not cancel in time and the auto renewal hit. I called them a week after it renewed to let them know I will not be using the service and they said I basically did not have a choice as the service will remain active for an entire year and they will not refund. Be leary\!\! If I did business this way, my company would not be in business. Take care of your clients and they take care of you.
