> **Cons**: I would prefer that I could upload multiple files at once and link multiple files at once - or at least have it return to the same section of the files when I have to upload another item.  This can be very frustrating. 

Also for user profiles, I would like to be able to add a custom field to a user type instead of all users as we have employee files and also franchisees and so using these differently would be helpful.

I would also like to be able to automate a result generated by a search filter: for example - automating a weekly report on the vaccination status/police check status of employees or automating a report on their licence expiries?

> **Cons**: Nothing significant comes to mind. I have a suggestion to imporve the product addressing the table of content in the procedures manual, where it resets to the top of the page. Other than this, its a great product.
