> **Pros**: I cannot recommend Brightpearl enough\! The software has transformed the way we run our organisation. It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements. &#10;&#10;We currently use the system to manage our sales channels of 4 separate B2C Bigcommerce websites, 2 eBay stores, 10 Amazon stores  (2 subsidiary businesses with 5 EU Amazon stores each) and manual telephone sales. We have 4 channels brands, which is where Brightpearl brands paperwork and emails differently for each company. It all works as one would expect, orders download and are aggregated ready for picking and shipping, inventory is updated across all sales channels, as sales occur and purchase orders are received, and accounting is updated at each point providing a real-time picture in a myriad of dashboards and reports that can be as detailed as needed. &#10;&#10;Brightpearl support is also excellent with most cases being resolved in less than 4 hours.

> **Cons**: I find very little to dislike about the software. It serves all the needs we currently have and know that there are elements such as automation that will prove to be useful at some point in the future.

The system is easy for staff to learn, and the core workflows (sales orders, purchasing, stock control) run smoothly without much downtime. Reporting is straightforward, and the integrations with e-commerce platforms have been solid.

> **Cons**: While Brightpearl is stable overall, there are a few areas with room for improvement. The search function can be a bit slow when working with large databases, and API limitations sometimes make deeper integrations harder than they need to be.

> Brightpearl has been a solid system for us, delivering good value for money over many years. The biggest strength has been process automation — it handles orders, stock, and purchasing with little manual effort, which saves time across the business. While there are some limitations with API, overall it has provided a reliable backbone for daily operations.

> **Pros**: The concept of having one unified platform to manage inventory, orders, and sales across multiple channels sounded great in theory. The interface is fairly modern and intuitive, and the idea of connecting Brightpearl with BigCommerce initially seemed like a good fit for our business. Unfortunately, the actual functionality didn’t live up to what was promised.

> **Cons**: Many of the core features we were sold on didn’t work as described. Bulk pricing updates to BigCommerce, Authorize.net integration, and several automation workflows were either non-functional or unreliable. We were also misled into thinking we needed to buy an additional product, Inventory Planner, for reporting that already exists in Brightpearl. Support responses were slow and repetitive, and after months of back-and-forth, we lost all trust in the platform and the company.

> We were sold on Brightpearl’s promises of seamless integration with BigCommerce, automated pricing updates, and built-in reporting; none of which worked as described. We were never given a trial or hands-on demo before paying in full, so we relied entirely on sales presentations that turned out to be inaccurate.&#10;&#10;Critical features like bulk pricing syncs and Authorize.net integration failed to function, and we were misled into purchasing extra software for reporting that we later found was unnecessary. After months of back and forth, Brightpearl refused to refund the unused portion of our subscription. The product simply didn’t deliver on what was promised, and we’ve lost all trust in the company.

### "Great platform for big warehouse fulfilment, SME's will grow into." — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: We migrated onto BP in August and have been live coming on 12 months, the scoping calls were very extensive and our processes were well documented. &#10;We wanted to migrate all our sales data from our old system to BP which was a massive task in data formating and cleansing on our part. Post go live we had alot of moving parts feeding into BP and on the whole this seemed to work okay, although during our peak trading season we did find ourselves with displaced stock or not accurate stock holding - this was due mainly to users not being familiar with the auto transfer / stock allocation process. &#10;Since go live there has been constant monitoring of sales transaction and stock movement to ensure things are working as expected. &#10;Brightpeal is a technical system and sometimes feels overly complicated but I think this is due to it being aimed at big warehouse type businesses where there would be multiple people working in different area's of the fulfilment processs - this makes the process very long winded when we are talking about a single person doing the picking packing and shipping. &#10;the many integrations between all the POS, Shipping platforms do require regular maintenance and this in itself become quite complicated.

> **Cons**: Support ticketing is not the greatest, I have raised a few issues and found myself having to continuely repeat what the problem is forwarding screen shots and clips of what I am talking about before anything is acknowleged as being a problem and addressed.&#10;Our initial renewal conversation started with a senior manager who left on sabbatical mid renewal with no advance warning, other than an out of office reply.&#10;whole renewal processes felt onesided no formal account review of past 12 months to look at number of transactions what modules have been succesful and what hasnt quite worked. &#10;Given our renewal quote literally a couple of days before 30 day notice cut off to make any changes to our contract so no time to absorb this information and speak to account manager.

> Overall experiance, sales and scoping team, training team calls migration go live team all brilliant, post go live support not so reactive and not easily able to just speak to someone. &#10;Due to this we have taken on external 3rd party to help with day to day troubleshooting
